PRESENTING / CHIEF COMPLAINTS:
A 35-year-old female (BMI 42, weight 105 kg), known case of hypertension and pre-diabetes, presented with morbid obesity, gallstones and umbilical hernia.

CLINICAL FINDINGS:
* Swelling in umbilical region.
* Abdominal pain.
* Inability to lose weight despite diet and exercise.

DIAGNOSIS:
Morbid obesity with gall bladder stones & umbilical hernia with divarication of recti.

TREATMENT PERFORMED:
A Robotic-Assisted Complex Surgery was done, including Robotic Sleeve Gastrectomy, Robotic Cholecystectomy, and Robotic Umbilical Hernia Repair with Mesh and Rectus Repair. It was performed using The Advanced da Vinci Xi Surgical Robotic System (4th Generation) First & Only in, Ludhiana, allowing all conditions to be treated safely in one surgery.
